* As of Sep 2, 2009 Northern Nevada Bath, LLC and Re-Bath LLC executed a rescission agreement, ending the franchise relationship on mutually agreeable terms. As of 9/30/09, Northern Nevada Bath, LLC discontinued the sale of Re-Bath products.
* From Oct 1, 2009 through Dec 31, 2009 - per the previously mentioned rescission agreement, Northern Nevada Bath, LLC continued to install Re-Bath systems previously purchased by its customers.
* On Oct 1, 2009 Northern Nevada Bath, LLC became an independently-owned Luxury Bath franchise doing business as 'Luxury Bath of Reno'.
* While Northern Nevada Bath, LLC now sells only Luxury Bath products, we stand behind all products and services purchased by our customers while we were a Re-Bath franchise. Our Re-Bath customers should contact us with any service issues or product care/maintenance questions. * If service or warranty work is required for a Re-Bath product we installed, we will either fix it for you, or coordinate the process for you with Re-Bath LLC. As of February 16, 2010, Re-Bath, LLC has continued to request that we provide warranty services to customers in Northern Nevada. If Re-Bath, LLC eventually selects another service provider in this area, we will still be ready to help you navigate the process to ensure you get the service you need in a timely manner.
